This was the second time I used this young, highly skilled, licensed professional since Dec 2013. I originally located him through craigslist and liked his demeanor on the phone, so I was willing to give him a chance after he gave me a very reasonable and free estimate of the work I needed done within just a few hours after calling him. For both jobs - HVAC in Dec 2013, and Plumbing, Feb 2014, he was punctual and worked very hard to get the jobs done. Although he charged a little more than his original low estimates due to extra work details that were unforeseen, he was very reasonable. Both of these jobs were very labor-intensive and he never even took any breaks! His work ethics and attitude is impeccable and admirable. I will be calling him again in the near future for yet another big job! Additional note: Matthew is licensed, insured and EPA-certified
Description of Work: Emergency situation -replaced frozen, broken leaking plumbing lines in 22 deg F temp!
