In and out - simple and quick

My husband and I manage a lot of properties and we were using him to fix things and he just wasn't reliable. He charged us a lot of money beyond what he said. He was always asking for more money. It took him days to complete and then he wanted more money. He did finally call us in January and we just didn't return his call. He had troubles finding the jobs and he wants us to give him a referral and I won't give him one. He would get angry with us when we talked to him about the jobs and his workmanship. I wouldn't use him again.

It went well and we were please with his work and work ethic-so many of the workman today don't really care just to get done and Mark cared about the work he did and we think did as if he were doing his own home.  We experienced bad weather and because all of the work was done outside-it took a little longer to complete. He is very neat and cleaned up each day as he was finished.  With his bill he provided all the receipts from the purchases he had made.

Mark was very good. He sized up the problem, bought the replacement parts needed, and was prompt, courteous and neat. I'd use him again for sure!

He has been really great. He gets to me as soon as he can because he is busy. I do not think I have waited more than maybe a day and a half for him to do some work for me. He is friendly, courteous, and all-around good to have around. He charged me $50 for the ceiling fan and $200 for the plumbing.

Mark was friendly, timely and reasonably priced.

Mark was a true professional, and he did an excellent job with the porch and the bathroom.

Mark worked with me and my schedule, showing up when expected. He managed to do things to my specifications (no matter how quirky) even though he must have thought some of my methods illogical. He let me meet him at the supply store to pick out items that I wanted, rather than what he thought I should have. He was very flexible and performed every task I asked of him.
