They are excellent. A is on everything. They are very punctual and they seem to get to you really fast. I mean I call them and they're very good at that. Definitely that's who we'd call.

Service was excellent. I only had to wait one day between my call and the technician arriving to repair the dryer (unlike Sears, which is always a week or more wait). He was prompt, extremely professional and just an all-around nice gentleman. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. It's been hard to find anyone to work on Samsung appliances...most refuse. I'd add a and quot;plusand quot; on to the and quot;Aand quot; rating, if it was allowed. I highly recommend this repair service.

My experience with them was great. He came right in and had it fixed within fifteen minutes. He had the part, so right away he did real good. With regard to responsiveness, they came right away.

Adam, was professional and great through-out the whole process. On time and got the job done in a timely manner and put even thing back in its place. After the job was done, got a 10% discount off the total price for being an Angie's list member.

It was great! I had a dishwasher that was not working. After googling it and trying to fix it myself, I finally call Mark's. He was kind enough to have me check a few things to make sure it wasn't something I could fix before he came out. Sure enough, it was a burned up wire connection just where he told me to look. I was able to fix it myself and am extremely grateful that he was cool enough to do that for me. Big props to Mark's Appliance.

Overall, the technician was very prompt, professional, and honest. Examined my refrigerator and discovered that the defrosting panel needed replaced. We were given a quote for repair, but elected to purchase a new refrigerator rather than repair the old one. Would definitely recommend to any friend or neighbor!

Very responsive and was able to come out and do the work on the same day. By the time we noticed the freezer not working we had lost most of the contents to thawing. By them coming out the same day we were able to save the contents of the refrigerator. I would definitely call Mark's again if needed...

Mark met the property manager right on time. After assessing the problem, he informed the manager that he could provide a quick fix and see if that helped, but a long-term fix would cost twice the amount.. I went with the quick fix because the washer was very old. If it breaks again, I will be buying a new one, so it was nice to have options. We were very impressed with the service.

Overall it was an excellent experience. I bought a new washer based on the information he gave me. And I feel very confident that if any other appliance breaks down I will be given an honest evaluation of the problem and a very good price.
