"Manchester Homes has become one of the largest builders in Oklahoma, yet they still take great satisfaction in offering an exceptional level of customer service that continues on after the sale."
Well, that's what they say in the advertisement on their website. Here's the real story:
They built a house for us, but there were many lies and promises never kept regarding details of our home. They had horrible communication between their people. One person would say one thing and another person would say the complete opposite. This was a very frustrating experience which caused lots of headaches. They deceived us on many things. Don't buy Manchester Home, and if you do, record your conversations and write everything down and who said what. After the sale of home, there is no customer service whatsoever!
