Additional contact name - John Winham -- Mainard & Sanders Heating & Air was founded in 1965 when Lyndon Johnson was still President of the United States, The Beatles were still turning out hit albums, an American dollar was worth almost 6.75 times what it is worth today & people still did business face-to-face with a smile and a handshake. At Mainard & Sanders, we feel that maintaining traditional values from the past is essential for a business to succeed in the future. How many times have you called a service related company for repairs, only to be put on-hold for a seemingly indefinite period of time, while being subjected to listening to a never-ending recording of how important your call is to their business? Sometimes action, (or the lack of) speaks much louder than words ever could. When you call us at (405) 636-1983, our phone is always answered by a “real” person, 24-hours a day, seven days a week. We realize that equipment breakdowns don’t always occur within our normal business hours or during pleasant weather conditions. They came out the day they were called, isolated the problem quickly, explained the particulars of our system and the problem and solution. They replaced the faulty component and it works great!  Very prompt and professional.

These folks are great!  I have used them for the last 12 years to service my heat and air.  Last year I had to replace the outside system and they found a good deal for me and replaced the system.  I hate to even mention this part because I feel it was a fluke, but the service guy (no longer with the company) ordered and installed the wrong size unit.  I can't remember how it was detected but it was shortly and the company quickly corrected the error.  
Earlier this week, the compressor went out of the year-old system.  M&S came out to diagnose and due to a filled repair schedule, they couldn't get my unit repaired for four days...and it was hot!  The next day they called to offer me a portable unit to use until mine could be repaired.  This has been a LIFE SAVER!!  
Everyone at this company is friendly, courteous, and professional.  I HIGHLY recommend them.

Air conditioner stopped working during 105 degree weather. I called in the morning at 8 am. By 11 am he had fixed the unit and my home was cooling off. Polite, knowledgable, concerned about my cost, and a fully equipped truck with all necessary parts made this experience extremely positive.

The service man called ahead and was early for the appointment. After inspecting the system, he determined that the air conditioning unit was low on Freon. After servicing the system he told us that they have an annual service contract available for about the same amount that we were paying for this single call. The contract would have included the Freon that was extra in this call and they perform winter and summer prep calls.

I scheduled an estimate for first thing in the morning so we could be done by 9. Our time window was supposed to be 8am - 9am. The tech did not arrive until 9:10. I asked if it would be possible to get the estimate in 2 - 3 days and was told that shouldn't be a problem. Two weeks later, I had not heard back. I called and was assured that the tech would call me soon. A week and a half later, I had not heard anything and called again. This time, the tech called me back and said I should have been informed that they don't have the resources to perform the job. In total, I wasted an hour of my day showing the tech around after a late arrival, delaying moving forward with other quotes for 3 weeks, and had to make repeated calls to get a response. They had my email address and cell phone - it shouldn't have been hard to alert me that no quote would be forthcoming.

They were not the lowest price, but they were very reasonably priced. The quality of work was excellent. The work was in an attic area, and they replaced all of the old duct work and did a great cleanup. During the installation one of the workers accidentally stepped through the ceiling, and they actually hired a contractor themselves to come out and fix it.
