They are Spanish providers, they were 2 people who came out, the other lady could speak English and the other cannot. I'm not happy with the service performed.

They did a good job, but there were a couple of areas that I had to go back in after they left and clean. The kitchen floor was grimy around the edges, like when they moped everything had gotten pushed to the sides and they didn't clean it up. The outflow vent wasn't cleaned even though that had been on their list of things they would do. The lady who came in first spoke very little English. The second lady hardly talked to my husband or I at all, so communicating with the team was difficult, though communication before-hand had been very smooth. The amount on the bill was $4 more than the quoted price, with no explanation of why there was a difference; not enough of a difference to make a fuss about, but I would have liked a reason. I had just wanted to be able to walk out the door when they were done and turn in the keys, so it was a bit of a disappointment that I was not able to do that.

It was terrible. Two windows were not cleaned at all and they were most in need of cleaning. We will never have them work for us again.

it took 24 hours for some parts of the carpet to dry. The service provider was very polite and a hard worker.

I love coming home to a sparkling clean house! Great attention to corners and less obvious areas. My mom is a shut in and the girls are so kind and friendly to her that my mom looks forward to the company as much as the cleaning!

I’ve used Maid Ok for over a year, they come bi weekly and I’m always notified of time in advance by email and text. If there are problems the call me. They are easy to work with in scheduling ! I love the way my house looks and smells when they are done. I feel safe while they are in my home and they always ask me what I need done. They are professional and work hard!!! They don’t stop while in my home and have a routine for maximizing their time ! Highly recommend

MaidOK always does a fantastic job for us. They are very thorough every visit and always seem to do something we weren’t expecting (like sweeping the patio or taking out the trash to the dumpster). I would highly recommend MaidOk, especially Alma and Veronica at MaidOk, they always go above and beyond what we expect and leave a thoughtful note afterwards.

Excellent! The ladies (and gentlemen!) are extremely thorough and very professional. I only have them every other week but they clean so well my home seems to always be perfect and that's with two standard poodles running in and out and scattering toys everywhere! I recommend them to all my friends. After using other cleaning companies, some who stole from me, I have never had a problem with Sooner Maids. They are a superior group of folks providing outstanding customer service both in administration and cleaning.
