I have been using the Lynn Health Institute's Durable Medical Equipment Company, ever since my sleep study was performed there in January 2011 and over that time they have never once failed to provide me superior service, quality equipment, or compassionate interest in any issues that I may be having in regards to my sleep issues and/or equipment. While it is unfortunate that they no longer perform sleep studies there, their equipment company is still top-notch and my interactions with both Chris and Arn have always been 100% positive.
I have been there at least 4 times in the last 2 weeks alone (with no appointment) and Chris has helped me immensely in both analyzing my CPAP data-card, and providing me with the new equipment I was in need of, as well as, offering to loan me a different brand of device to use for a trial period at no cost, just to see if the onset of my newly arisen difficulties were based simply upon my original equipment brand and the proprietary computer algorithm it employs.
I know they sell at very least, the 2 most widely used brands of equipment technology and everything I have ever received from them has been of the highest quality and functionality. Their monthly automatic equipment mail-out service has also helped me to more easily maintain my own equipment and the cleanliness of the many pieces it utilizes according to industry and medical recommendation timelines.
As a physician myself, having such personalized service is priceless and my gratitude to Chris and this company are unfathomable. I will use them for all my CPAP needs in perpetuity, and am able to recommend this company to any individual without reservation.
