Organized tile work and designs for the wall/floor.  Brought samples of drapes for us to consider and found a welder to get the rods to fit in our sun room.  Outstanding process.

Working with Lacey was a fantastic experience. She was always professional and payed close attention to our design vision. She completed two rooms that functioned exactly in the way we were hoping and truly represent our tastes. She also was able to make furniture options that both accommodated my very tall husband and myself which is something I have always found difficult. She worked hard to try to stay within our budget. Overall, I would highly recommend her and will want to use her services again in the future.

Lacey Hughes is the principal of lukhu designs. She gets highest marks for professionalism, creativity and she listened to what our goals were for our remodeling project. Her presentation of her ideas was exceptional - one of the best we had seen and we have been through a few after building our home ten years ago. We selected a different firm because we were more comfortable with their experience working out in the country and the challenges associated with our locale. I would highly recommend lukhu and would use them in the future for other projects - and plan to do so.

Ms. Hughes was absolutely wonderful. We have prior remodel experience and were somewhat jaded going into the process. We completely gutted the kitchen in our 1930s era house and rebuilt it from the studs up. During the entire process, I was impressed with Ms. Hughes' enthusiasm for the project. She gave us a formal presentation of the design with 3 options for the finishes, after several meetings with me and my husband to get a feel for what our and quot;styleand quot; and wants/needs were. We actually ended up using elements from several of her options, and she worked with us until we were very happy with all the finishes. I felt like her main concern was that I was happy and comfortable with the final product, which I think is a rare and valuable quality in a designer. Before the project began, she scheduled all the subcontractors so that our house would be torn up for the minimum amount of time, which I greatly appreciated since we have a young daughter. While it's impossible to stick to a schedule exactly on any project, Ms. Hughes was constantly adjusting the schedule and making every effort to keep the project moving while not sacrificing on quality. Her accessibility and attention to detail were excellent. She was absolutely tireless in making sure that our interests were represented with each subcontractor, and in keeping me informed about pertinent details regarding the day to day progress. The final product is quite simply stunning, and I count myself among the lucky few who have had the opportunity to work with Lukhu!
