We have boarded our dogs at Lucky Dog for over 10 years. The facility is clean and well maintained. They always take great care of our dogs and their grooming services are excellent. You can tell that all of the employees really enjoy working with animals.

We have been taking our labrador to Lucky Dog Lodge for over 3 years. The staff is professional, warm and extremely competent. The facility is clean and well organized. Even after moving a substantial distance away from Lucky Dog, we still drive back to board our dog there as we completely trust them and know Fudge is well taken care of while he is there.

My pup loves going to Lucky Dog. They provide wonderful service and are very enthusiastic. I've used their daycare as well as full boarding several times. The facilities are very clean and dogs have several outside runs that provide lots of play and exercise. They always have someone on the premises around the clock checking on their boarders. Your pet will be taken care of very well. I highly |reccomend them.

I was satisfied with the staff and was pleased that my dog got a little one-on-one attention (even if it was just during her potty breaks). I have boarded my dog in a and quot;stalland quot; style kennel before and haven't had any problems. The only issue I found was the noise level was VERY high when we picked her up. Hopefully this was just during pick-up hours because of the extra excitement!

It went fine. They were great. We love using them for our cats. We were gone for 2 months and they were the people that we needed to use. Their prices were a little high but it’s worth it. They give my cat the attention that she needs and wants. She’s like to have attention and be loved on so they give that to her especially because she’s the only cat there. They have a special room and stuff for cats to play in for a while and not just being sent in all day in a kennel. Their kennels are actually like a 2-story condo. When I first got there when I started using them, they showed me what the condos looked like and they where they were taking her and all that stuff.

They seemed to be very professional and we were happy with their service. I thought they were a little high priced, but other than that, they seemed all right. They washed the bedding every day. They take the dog out up to two times a day for a walk and for an extra $5 a day; they will take them three times a day. Our dog had diarrhea while there and they gave the dog some Imodium for the diarrhea, but I would've liked to be called on that.

The facility was very clean! Employees were friendly and professional. They seem to run a very tight ship here.

Lucky Dog Lodge are very good. We had no problems at all. They're nice people and took good care of my dog. It was a pleasure to do business with them. They take better care of the dogs than anyone else I know. I've had some bad luck with a couple of other kennels. They're good.

They did great! I worry less when my 'babies' are at Lucky Dog.

Our dog LOVES Lucky Dog Lodge. She has been going since she was a puppy and then we moved out of the state. We have never found anything even close to Lucky Dog Lodge. We recently moved back, and now she is 9 years-old. When we told her where she was going , she got very excited and acted like a puppy.
The staff is friendly and professional and we have had nothing but good experiences there!

At the last minute my husband decided that to keep the family peace during our weekend trip we should board one of our two dogs - the aggressive one.
One of the ladies at the front desk was very helpful and we got our dog checked in and we went off on our trip. That was the first time we boarded the dog and it was a good thing because afterwords he was much friendlier to other dogs - which I though wouldn't ever happen. Although we were a bit bummed that their rates had gone up the weekend before, we were very pleased with the service and that they were able to take us without having made a reservation in advance.

The groomer even came out to tell me how he did. They made me feel comfortble leaving my dog with them.

When I arrive my two dogs were happy to meet the staff and scampered back to their runs. When I returned they had been groomed and greeted me wearing their spiffy bandanas. To board with Lucky Dog you should have your vet send current shots prior to checking in your pets. You can take your own food or Lucky Dog will provide food. This is a very popular facility so you should make reservations well in advance, especially if your are boarding your pets over the holidays.

Great. My dog is eager to return there and he comes home groomed. The grooming is extra. It a little expensive compared to some other places but it well worth the extra money.

Lucky Dog Lodge is a great place to leave your dog. They have a friendly and professional personnel staff. I will use them again and recommend them.

My overall experience is good with Lucky Dog Lodge. The price is right and the kennels are clean. The people are professional and loving. They treat the animals like their own. I would recommend this kennel to anyone.
