They used to be very responsive but now you can hardly find help.

They did a wonderful job. We had a little bit of a problem and they came out to fix it without any questions or issues.

Lowes were on time and the carpet looked really good. It has been a couple of years, like two summers ago. I would say it was $3000 or something. The price was good. The quality was good.

We had an estimate done for carpet for the whole house. The estimator did not tell us the measurement and said for us to go to Lowes and pick out the product. When we went to do that they told us the measurement for the carpet was 1274 sq ft. (I think that is right. I did not write it down and keep it). We had carpet installed in the past and it was 1125 sq ft. I told the saleslady this and she did not offer to send someone out again and remeasure or anything. I told her we were going to get another estimate and she said ok. We went back to the same place we had gotten the 1125 sq ft measurement and they used that measurement and sold us carpet and nstalled it. We saved $880.00 by going to another store. We have used Lowes for other home improvement projects and been pleased but we would probably not buy carpet there again.

Get a professional fencing company basically you get what you pay for the vinyl fence panels and poles installed with cement and a strong inner pole are great. If the fence set requires brackets to hold it up don't mess with it. I'm not sure if the company who provides the fencing and assembly pieces are Lowes choice or the fencing manufacturer but it does not work for Oklahoma maybe someplace that has no wind but not Oklahoma. Also when I called a real fencing contractor about repairs and they asked where I got it when I said Lowes you could almost hear a groan from the other end. Now I have to redo the fence if I want to have it stay up which will cost a lot more. The warranty is only for a year so if you do get one make sure its during the windy period. For Oklahoma I advise using a local contractor who knows what will and won't withstand the Oklahoma breezes.
