If I could give no stars, I would. Three weeks of postponed appointments & no toilet install. A plumber told me handy doesn't pay enough. I ordered an installation when I purchased the toilet 10/30/22. Horrible experience to be ghosted by Lowes/Handy installation.

I am not sure but it seems that 150 may be a bit much to install a toilet. I know I could do it myself - but the fact is that I was scared since it was a new house.
I picked my toilet, and they had me take it in order to save a $25 charge for the installer to bring it. He did a great job and showed me how to adjust if needed. All in all a good job. I was just surprised at the price for install. . .it's probably right now I guess.

I think my wife may have done something on a trip. We get a lot of stuff from the local Lowes in Oklahoma City. With regard to price, we got the damaged one coming out, but before that discount, the price for the two of them was maybe $1600.We would definitely use them again in the future.

The reason for the low ratings is that the Lowe's flooring guy caused me to delay some already badly needed flooring work in a kitchen for one of our rentals. I needed subfloor and some joists repaired along with laying some vinyl floor planks. Very frustrating!

They came out and left when their job was done. The work turned to be very good. They kept coming until it was just right. They went above and beyond. If one needs appliances or need something, they need to call the manager John McMurtry. He will keep doing whatever a customer needs to be done and keep doing until it is done to their satisfaction. I paid $400 for the sales and installation.

They called at 0800 to tell us they would be delayed due to loading the truck. They arrived at 0900 and got right to work. One was working on replacing the doors and the other three started removing all of the windows in the house. By 1700, they were down to three windows to seal and one door left to hang. They cleaned up and were finshed by 1800.

I was very happy with the work Lowes did. Although a little pricey, their quality of work was definitely worth it. The installer was polite, professional and accurate; there isn't a single detectable air leak. I'm very happy with the new door and I'd recommend others try them.

Lowes did a great job. They have some great subcontractors that are very efficient. I was pleased with the quality of the door and the work.

Lowes installers were real good. The only problem I had was that the carpeting was late and the people installing it were late. Otherwise the installation went well. The carpet does not have any tucks or bubbles. I would recommend these people to anyone.

One thing I really appreciate about Lowes is that they clean up well after themselves. They are very professional when they are here. The estimate is always right on. They finish the job in a timely manner. We have had them do many other things for us.

This was the best investment I ever made. Lowes did a great job. They were very fast at getting out to install the floor.

I got everything I expected and maybe more. Lowe's said they would be here at 11 am. Well, they were probably loading the door off the truck by 11:02. It was a first-class experience. I never used Lowe's before for such a major purchase. I will again.

Lowes charged for the installation, and then the service people charged us, too. I did not appreciate being charged twice for a single installation, and when I questioned Lowes, they stated that the two were separate departments.

Lowes definitely lives up to their good reputation. My daughter had arranged for Lowes to install my new stovetop as a gift, and they finished everything while I was running errands that day. What a great surprise! The new stovetop looks wonderful.

I really like the look of the doors. It really adds something to the house. The installation was fine but the professionalism of the workers from Lowes was average. I would hire this company for a future job, because the quality was fine and they showed up as planned.
