First, when calling to check on my order the showroom would act cluelessness. The wrong tub was ordered by their sales person and had to be returned after we had it home and were ready to install. Then there were issues with damage on the correct replacement. A nice women from the warehouse called their Norman store for another one. The person there lied to her. He was supposed to have inspected it and reported to her that it was perfect. When I got there they did not even have the parts together. One part had been ran over by a truck or forklift ( really, there were tire marks on the box). A wasted trip. At one point I asked if the correction could be sent to a store nearer my home. I was told if it goes to more then one place and there is an issue or damage then they would not know which location was responsible because they would blame each other. A repairman came and fixed a manufacturers defect ( I refused to go thru the store) and stated the manufacturer is now out of business.
