We have property adjusters on staff to navigate our customers through any insurance claim we might be contracted to handle. We meet with your adjuster and will review and explain your insurance paperwork in detail. We are fully insured with general liability and workers compensation insurance. We are also Better Business Bureau accredited with an A+ rating. We offer discounts for retired and enlisted military, senior citizens, and disabled.

I used LifeStyle Home improvement OKC the first time I believe in 2017 and I had very little to do with the project because I was very sick and allowed Matt Crow one of the owners to handle everything, he told me pretty much nothing the entire time and submitted everything to my insurance, which made me wonder and the insurance paid him. In 2024 I asked Matt what all they do and he said everything as far as work goes improving our house and or maintenance, there was more to the work we wanted done including painting the house and reaffixing the siding. At the beginning of the job Matt introduced me to Keith and told me Keith would be doing everything and to just call him If I need anything. I asked my insurance to make me aware of everything that was being submitted by Matt and LifeStyle, they told me they changed the way they are working and they will let me know everything. State Farm. We asked if LifeStyle had anyone to direct us or suggest paint colors, a paint color consultant, including the roof. Matt said that's what he does, I asked for suggestions and I got nothing new from him to tie everything together, I went online to do it myself. When painters were supposed to start they were 2 weeks late and what should have taken 4 days max took 2 weeks and I had to clean up every day painters left. When I asked LifeStyle at the beginning of the painting when it was taking weeks to start if I could just find a painter they said yes, they don't have many painters they work with and their painter was doing other jobs. We got to the end and I had paid Lifestyle 1 large check and was waiting to give them their last check for 3 weeks until they contacted me to get their check, I had their check ready and wrote final payment on the check, a could of days later Keith told me that they submitted a request for more money from State Farm and I asked why they didn't make me aware of that first, he couldn't answer that question. I asked to speak to Matt the owner and that took days, he came over and told me that State Farm made a mistake and made them aware of it. This was a lie! I contacted State Farm adjuster and he told me that LifeStyle made the request and gave me details. I had already given Matt a check before I spoke to State Farm and when I did I asked Matt to please hold the check so I can get money into that account and I will call him as soon as it's ready. Matt said ok perfect, I recorded the conversation to let the State Farm adjuster listen to the conversation of lies by Matt. Matt immediately took the check and cashed it causing me problems and hours of work so that I could get all the overdraft fees removed, there were 4. I asked Matt why he would do that when I asked him to wait and he agreed to wait, he acted like this is my problem and he couldn't be bothered, he said he called the bank after he did it and they couldn't do anything, then he hung up on me, WHY DIDN'T HE CALL ME AND MAKE ME AWARE!?!?!? Because he does not care. He is only looking for the next deal and not worried about current customers and how to get as much money as they can from insurance companies, he is not interested in keeping or maintaining good customers They act as if they care and want to help at the beginning however once the work starts their favorite excuse to tell you is they can't help that and it's not their fault, Matt does not understand what it takes to work a successful business with happy customers, they do the bare minimum. The lying is what made me decide to write this review every time I called Matt on it he went in a different direction and avoided what I asked him. I was never made aware they are veteran owned.

Our home had sustained some storm damage, our claim was denied by our insurance company. Almost a year passed & the roof continued to deteriorate, we had 2 leaks in our roof, this is why we reached out to Lifestyle. They encouraged us to contact insurance & get our claim reopened & get a reinspect. Matt & Keith even offered to be present during the inspection, they were amazing & very knowledgeable every step of the way. After the new inspection, our claim was approved! From beginning to end, they were a pleasure to work with. The crew was great, they had the roof removed & installed in one day. This company went above & beyond to get us a new roof, installed beautifully! It looks fantastic, I am very pleased! Would recommend to anyone, great customer service!

The team arrived on time and went to work immediately.  The team leader was polite and easy to talk with, and all members of the team were polite and hard-working.  We had a unique situation with the cricket around the chimney, and the project manager and team leader were responsive to the special design required to properly correct the condition.  We are very impressed with their work.  The team worked efficiently, and completed the project early in the afternoon.  We are particularly impressed with the attention to detail, such as very straight shingle lines, both in the roofed field area and the eave lines.  The team cleaned the area completely by picking up all trash, using a magnet for nails and other metals, sweeping, and using a blower to get at all areas.

We developed a leak less than a year after the roof was replaced. They came out to look at it, but they said they wouldn't do anything about it. They said it wasn't their problem, as it was something else that was leaking and not the roof. I don't believe that, and they won't do anything about it. The insurance company won't do anything about it, either.

"We roofed Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s house on 07/16/2014 just like he said. Unfortunately, a HUGE HAIL STORM hit almost all of Yukon and Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s house as well on March 25, 2015 just a few months later. Mr. [Member Name Removed] now has new damage and an existing leak because of a room addition that was added on prior to us roofing his house. This addition has a flat roof and was built at a different elevation than the main roof line and had existing leaks coming in from the siding. We called the insurance to come back out after we roofed the house which they did. The insurance confirmed what we were saying and they told Mr. [Member Name Removed] the leak was coming from the siding and not from the roof. [Member Name Removed] didn't get the anwser he was looking for from his own insurance so instead of taking responsibility for his own actions he blames us for the leaks. [Member Name Removed] hired the company who built the add-on and they are responsible for the leaks that are coming from the siding. It's really sad when people can't be honest about the facts. It would be to easy just to fix a leak that is coming from the roof and move on!! There is no leak coming from the roof line so we have nothing to fix per his own insurance. Blaming us for the leaks that are coming in through the siding is not right. We fix any and all leaks that come from our workmanship period! We responded to [Member Name Removed] complaint immediately and went out to his house the day of the call to see what was going on. Unfortunately, this was not from our workmanship. We offered to replace the siding an flash behind the wall to solve the problem but he did not want to start that project because the insurance would not pay for it."
