Libra Electric Company

Had Libra Electric give us a quote for commercial service. Worked with Craig Talmadge. Kept saying he would come out and he no showed several times. Finally showed a few days later and gave us a quote and said he would have someone come the next day to do some pre-work. No showed. I waited a couple of days and called back. He apoligized and said he would have someone out the next day. No Showed. Waited a couple of more days to call back. He stopped answering his phone and wouldn't return our calls. Finally hired someone else. Put us in an exspensive bind because we had a deadline to have equipment installed and I trusted this company to do what they said.

Two technicians came. They took the fans apart, checked that they both had power and said there was nothing they could do. Advised me to purchase new fans, which I did and had someone else install them. The technicians gave me the impression they were put-out and had wasted their time with this service call.

Leo and Trey arrived promptly at 8:00 this morning.  No job we asked was too difficult.  They worked the whole time and were very pleasant and knowledgeable!  We will definitely call them again!
