LESLIE'S SWIMMING POOL SUPPLIES & SERVICE

 I have used Leslie's in the past with good service.  Recently my pump, which was installed by Leslie's broke while under warranty.  First, I called for repair and they never showed on the scheduled date.  When I called to question they rescheduled for a week out.  The repairman did arrive on time for the second appointment and had to order parts, which he explained will take 10 days to two weeks.  When I asked if the parts can be expedited he stated that they will say yes but will not arrive any sooner.  When dispatch called I made the same request to expedite, and they said they would check and call me back.  I never received a return call but in a few weeks the parts arrived and was repaired a week later, in all about 6 weeks without a pump.  With the system down for such a time corrosion built on my heater equipment causing it to fail.  They looked at it and said it needed one of three parts and would order.  Two weeks later I check with Leslie's and they had no record of the heater needing service or parts being ordered.  They were to contact the technician and get back, another week and still no word or even a voice mail.  If you only need supplies Leslie's is great, but for services my suggestion is to look elsewhere.   The technicians I trust and like, but the dispatch and back office is the worst I have experienced.

They were really good and we had no problems with them at all. We liked everything about them from cleaning the pool to the line deposits to anything they always had it there. We never had to have a back up or anything. They were just always real friendly people, real helpful and very customer oriented company. We don’t know what the other places charge but we thing that their price was average. They are just great people.
