They were very polite. You have to wait for an appointment and sometimes it takes a while. They clean up after them selves.

Sears tore up the old washing machine to find the problem. The tech did not really know what he was doing. I gave him some ideas on what could be the problem.

Sears Plumbing left my refrigerator in the middle of the kitchen and they tore up my floor. I had to hire somebody else to come move the refrigerator back. The only reason I would hire them again is because of our service agreement; after that I'm done with them.

Sears is always friendly to me. I would say that they are very reliable. I would recommend them to others for the job they do for me.

I would say that Sears were friendly and courteous. I have no problems with Sears. I would recommend them and will call them again for future needs.
