LANDSCAPE ENTERPRISES LTD

I was not impressed. They quoted us on several items, many that we did not request. I told them i really needed lawn mowing services but i would listen to their proposal. Next thing we know we get a contract in the mail with $3,500 of services over the year that we would commit to. I rejected their proposal and sent it back and asked them to redo it with just the lawn mowing services. They never responded AND STOPPED CUTTING OUR GRASS without ANY KIND of notice. Very unprofessional, would never recommend.

I contacted Reed Clifton and explained I was interested in a complete makeover of our 24 year old landscaping in our front yard. We made an appointment for later in that same week to visit my house and discuss options and pricing. Reed showed up on the agreed upon day and time to visit with my wife and I. A couple days later he provided a detailed drawing of his landscape recommendations and pricing for the job. We agreed to move forward and I had asked him if we could wait until the weather warmed up a bit so we weren?t watering our new plants in very cold weather, Reed said that would not be a problem. Reed contacted me a couple months later when the weather was better and we agreed on a time for them to start.

They showed up on the designated date and the work was completed in 3 days, a little sooner than expected. Reed, John and the rest of the crew were very professional, and did a great job cleaning up after their selves. The new landscaping looks great, we couldn?t be more pleased. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing landscaping and I plan on using them again this fall for my back yard.

HAS YET TO DISAPPOINT!!

The work was not done as I requested: trees remained untrimmed, and my husband and I ended up hauling off leaves and limbs ourselves, and trimming trees and shrubs ourselves that we paid Landscape Enterprises to do. When I called Reed Clifton, the owner, he told me that my neighbor wouldn't let his worker trim the tree that was hanging over our fence, but gave no explanation for the remaining leaves and scattered twigs and limbs.  I wrote and sent a detailed letter to Reed Clifton, but got not response.  I plan to send the letter again, and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  I'm really disappointed in the poor level of service, but more disappointed by the lack of response from the owner after my complaints, and his defensive reaction when he spoke with me the first time. I hired them to clear off the yard because they had previously done a good, reliable job  as my lawn care company. I wouldn't hire them now for anything.

I have allergies. I have been told that it is not a good idea for me to mow. They are a very prompt company. They do great work. The yard always looks good. It is very cost-effective for me to have somebody else do the work for me. It is a great company. They have been around for years. I have known them for years. I got a quote from them and it was reasonable. I am very satisfied with them. My yard is small. A three-man crew can get it done in fifteen minutes. They are able to provide me with the services I need at a good price. They come out on the day they say they would come out.

I like their professionalism, their courtesy and I'd absolutely use them in the future if needed.

They are always on time expect when the weather won't permit them too. They are also very efficient and my lawn looks great! They always do exactly what I ask them too and they are very responsive to all of my needs. Simply put, they are the best I have ever used.
