Did a lot of damage to my house while installing. I told them that was unacceptable and they needed to repair the damage or give me a partial refund for the cost of repairs. I was told they would not. see pictures below. I will never use this company again and would advise anyone else not to use them either.

The company installed a cheaper version of granite than I paid for.  I questioned it as soon as they put it in but the guy's installing it didn't speak English and couldn't answer any questions or concerns.  Called the company and they explained to me that natural stone varies and they can't guarantee it will be like the sample.  I went to their showroom and got the sample (that was cheaper) of what they installed, took pictures showing the counter matching the cheaper sample to a T and they still stood by the fact that you aren't guaranteed what you ordered.  I told them I would be willing to meet them in the middle, I didn't even ask that they reinstall the countertops, just give me the price difference of the 2 granites.  They refused.  Terrible customer service and hard to communicate with language barriers.  

We came across L & L by accident while looking for an alternative to Home Depot whose prices were higher then I would have liked. After talking with L & L Kitchen and Bath I loved their Granite and their Prices. However, I was concerned that there price may be a little low to actually get a good install. After they referenced their great reviews on Angies List I took the Granite samples and did my homework. There were a couple of bad reviews but an extensive list of great reviews. So, we went the next week to their main office and looked through their warehouse and picked out the Granite we liked and scheduled an estimate. When I got the final estimate I payed the first half and scheduled the install. The install went flawlessly. L & L was on time, very professional and the final product is beautiful. I have already recommend L & L to several of my friends.

They were very flexible with schedule as I had to reschedule several times do to my special order sink from lowes arriving a month late.they were timely and professional.

They were excellent!  We weren't sure we could afford quality granite countertops when we began our search as the costs we were being quoted seemed extremely high--not just the granite, but all of the "additional" expenses.  The cost for our countertops were low, the add-ons were minimal and the people at L&L were phenominal throughout the process.  We were very happy with the service and the product.  And now we have some beautiful countertops in our kitchen.  Great people, Great service, Great products!!!

My experience with them went great. They were fast. Once we called and decided to use them, they installed in like two weeks. The job all went well and they cleaned up real well. It was also one of the cheapest places I found, but it's really good quality.

it went great. These guys have a great selection, a location in Edmond, as well the warehouse on the south side. Their prices are inexpensive and they are swift installers. 
We loved working with them and would use them again.

They quickly scheduled an estimate. Very detailed measurement process and estimate given on the spot. They saved info for several months until we were ready to proceed. Lots of choices in materials. After 1/2 deposit, they scheduled installation. They are very busy, but were able to schedule us for two weeks out. Came out again to make a detailed template of the counters, and actually came out earlier than expected for installation. Teams are very focused and professional. Large project installed in about four hours time. Only challenge in the whole project is language barrier. I highly recommend for a great, high end product at very reasonable price point.

Pretty good. Seams could be slightly better. They came back and re cut the opening for cooktop when the new one came it didn't fit. No charge even though was not their fault

They removed the old countertops and backsplash.

It went very well. One little problem trying to fit the huge "chunk" of granite in the bathroom they had to remove my hand towel racks on each side of the vanity. The first guy removed one very easily, the other guy ripped the rack out of the wall so now I have to have it patched and reinstall it next to the same area. If I could do it over again, I would remove them myself in preparation for their install. The granite itself is just beautiful. They did a great job with the under counter sink mounts, the cuts for the new faucets, and the back/side splashes and caulking are great!  I/we are very happy with their work and would use them again - most likely will when we do our kitchen next year.

We went to the show room, and were shown what stock was available in the back room. We were feel that the granite to choose from was at least as varied as the other places we looked. When comparing prices for the whole job (granite & installation) they were the best deal. They showed up on time to do the measurements & the installation.  The counter pieces all fit as needed.  The installers didn't not speak English very well, but good enough to get the job done.  After more then a year later we are still very happy with the counters, and would use L & L again.

Slim selection.  My first choice was gone within a week of when I first visited their showroom.  Settled on another color and they measured, cut and installed.  I was nervous about the kitchen, because they did not have any slabs long enough to do my counter in one piece.  The seam turned out acceptable and saved me $1,800 over the next closest bid for the job.  The installers do not speak clear english and are difficult to communicate with, but do good work and cleanup when the job is complete.  Overall, I would use someone else if price is not an option and you expect flawless results.  However, the quality is very good and the price is unbeatable in the OKC area.  Keep in mind, they were over a month behind when I hired them.
