Kimberly is an absolute professional in every aspect.  She was realistic in pricing, based upon our goal to sell the house very quickly.  Her photographer took amazing photos, which we believed was critical in the marketing of our home.  She encouraged us to have an open house (where other realtors discouraged) and she sold our house within 7 days of the listing, at the first open house.  She was even able to scure a back-up offer as a result of the open house. She handled negotiations very well, and always required everything in writing.  She coordinated all inspections and assisted us in coordinating with the purchase of our new residence even though she was not an agent in that transaction.  She came highly recommended by the owner of her company, Kermit Brown.  I highly, highly recommend her.

She was awesome.  She got a great price for my home.  She worked very hard for me.  She answered all my questions and phone calls I had for her.  I would recommend her to everybody.

She was excellent.  I’m not from this town so I told her what I was looking for. She sent me listings after listings.  When we met she drove me all around and she kept me informed on any new listings.  Two times she called me about brand new listings that weren’t even on the website yet.   I actually bought one of those.  The sellers paid her the standard fee.   I recommended her to my parents; that will tell you what I think of her.
