This nearly 60 year old company is well known and respected for their knowledge and experience in listing and selling prestigious luxury houses in all sizes. In 2007 Konrad co-authored a history book entitled, "Nichols Hills-A Residential Community", with Former Mayor Ann Taylor, featuring landmark properties and the history of Nichols Hills.
