I called about five handyman providers listed on Angie's. List. None called me right back except Dale Kasik. who called me immediately. Two others called a few days later. I asked Dale to come by and give me a quote. He was immediately able to come as soon as the swing set was delivered. I agreed with his quote and he and his son went right to work. In less than three hours they had it assembled perfectly. We were so pleased with their work we have hired them to do a wood replacement job on our garage.

I checked and their prices were the lowest by a few thousand. They did a very good job.

The job went on all and he did all that I asked him to do. I would use him in the future too.

The experience was good. He was friendly. I felt like I could freely talk to him, and he was a good listener. He did everything that I asked. My jobs weren't that difficult, so I told him to do it when he had the time.

He did a very good job and I will call on him again.

Promptly visited and gave an estimate. Agreed on schedule which he met. Carefully discovered studs and mounted bars as specified by client.

The work was good and overall I was happy with them. They showed up on time and did the work. It took a little longer than I wanted, but that is the only negative thing.

I sold my house in July and he was helping me to get my house ready to put on the market. I had him do a lot of things. He was extremely reasonable. At one point, I even said to take a little bit more because I felt like I was cheating him. He was really good. He is wonderful. I wish I had him here.

A few weeks ago we noticed that our garage ceiling started getting large cracks that started looking very serious. We did actually have an earthquake a couple of months back and was not for sure how serious these cracks might be. We called Dale out to take a look and access the situation. He went up into our garage attic and we had around twelve to thirteen 2and quot; x 10and quot; boards that were all split. He immediately started coming up with a plan to fix our problem. He called us back the next day with an estimate. We also had a bad attic door and he looked at places for us to get a new door and recommended the new aluminum doors for better durability.

He started the job promptly and we could always count on him to do what he said he was going to do. We even decided we wanted him to put in additional flooring in the attic and we purchased the plywood when we purchased the attic door and he picked it up for us and had it installed all in the same day. He was always flexible with the new things we were throwing at him to do and worked our extra jobs into his schedule. We worked with him on doing our inside job when it was cold and rainy as he was also doing a big siding job for another customer and needed the warmer days to work on that job. He still got our job done quickly and efficiently while working on another job he already had going when we called upon his services.

He also does bathtub and shower refinishing like Bath Fitters as well. He is an all around great handyman and has also built houses. He has over 25+ years experience and did a great job for us.
