They were pretty thorough. They were pretty good about addressing the issues, not even issues that were specific to his services. He made note of things that could help improve the situation that his company would not be involved in. He did a very good job. He was very professional and very helpful. He gave me certain things that I could do to fix the problem. He was talking about the landscaping on the exterior that was coming up higher than the foundation, which was encouraging termites to get into the house. By bringing it down, I could reduce the risk considerably. He was fantastic and there wasn't much more he could have done to make his job better. They are a little bit higher on pricing but that comes along with good service. I didn't end up buying the house so I didn't have the work done. He was very punctual.

Went very well. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing an inspection.

K-9 Termite Finders performed my termite inspection before I purchased my house. The team was very thorough, professional and kind. Mr. Culp showed me how Daisy works before they went at it. Thankfully, Daisy didn't find any signs of termites. Mr. Culp inspected the crawl space without the dog and found evidence of prior treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to use K-9 again and may sign up for their yearly inspection/treatment package.

This is the 2nd home I've had K9 inspect. Both times he did a great job, was thorough, fast, courteous and professional.

I am in the process of buying a home and needed a termite inspection performed.
Per my realtor's suggestion I choose K9 Termite Finders.
Phillip promptly arrived on time and inspected the home visually before he brought the dog in to sniff out the termites. The dog did a very good job and was well trained. The home is only 10 years old and no termites were found visually or through smell by the dog.
I would use them again in the future. The dog from what I understand can smell the termites that may not show up during a inspection done by a person. Really cool way to ensure your home doesn't have an infestation.
