I got a bid from kevin about three years ago to do a substantial remodel job. It involved gutting and completely redoing two bathrooms and replacing all of the woodwork in the bedroom end of the house. We also got two other estimates at the same time. Although Kevin's bid was the best, the cost gave us sticker shock. So we put it off, while we reevaluated. Almost two years later we decided to cut the project down to probably 1/3 the amount of work (basically one bathroom and maybe 1/6th the amount of woodwork) and get it rebid. Much to our shock, he bid the job at more than half of what he originally bid. We were puzzled, I called and pointed that out, but it just seemed like he either was not interested in taking the job or whatever - it was just strange. We eventually found another guy who did both bathrooms for less than Kevin bid for the one. As I said, it was a strange and puzzling experience.

They were on time and reasonably priced.

I got exactly what was promised at the contracted price, with only one small surprise that was not the contractor's fault. All the work was completed on time and looks very professional! I will definitely use Kand P Limited for other similar type work not only in my rental house, but also in the house where I reside.

As always, Kevin came, listened to my requests, told me what he'd do and when he'd do it, called to schedule the work and completed it. This was pretty simple stuff, but Kevin has done many jobs (replaced two windows, replaced kitchen counters, etc.) for me over a period of about 5 years and each time I am impressed with his helpfulness, ability, and professionalism.

I got exactly what I asked for with out any surprise costs. The guy was real easy to work with and had a lot of knowledge in many areas. He gutted my kitchen and installed beautiful new cabinets, custom built. installed new appliances and even did some electrical work. The bathroom was perfect. My wife still raves about our new bathroom.
