Joe's Carpet Cleaning and Moving

Outstanding!!  I will definitely use them again.  This is the BEST small moving company I have ever used.  This company's business model should be used by all others.

They showed up on time. They did a great job cleaning our tile and carpet. The grout on the tile actually went back to white. I had lived there 10 years and had never been able to get it that clean myself. It took about an hour to do the 1300 square foot house so that our renter could move in. The carpet dried quickly. Cost $170 for both services.

They were courteous and helpful. The moving team made our move go smoothly and they had good attitudes.

It went great right on time fast service and work around our moving dates.

On Tuesday May 20, Joe's Carpet Cleaning used their equipment to clean my 5'x8' rug and my tenant's carpets. The rug had a pet urine stain but was in otherwise good condition with no other bad odors. After cleaning the rug, the pet urine odor remained and the entire rug smelled like mildew after one day. After a couple of days my tenant began to complain his unit smelled musty. I called Joe's Carpet Cleaning at the number on their business card and no one responded. I left a message with a detailed account of what happened and instructed them to call me back at the number I stated at the end of the message. To this day no one has returned my call and I have since taken the rug to Stanley Steemer to be cleaned properly and my tenant has hired Stanley Steemer to come clean his carpets again.

I didn't like them. I would not recommend them to others. They were scheduled to come at 9:15 in the morning and they decided to move another person at 9:15 and they didn't show up until 4:15. After they had already moved someone else, they didn't let me know, so I was sitting over there very anxious thinking that I was prepared for this move and they didn't show up until later in the day. I did call them and they said that they decided to move another person first. They didn't even call me to let me know. They were tired when they came, it was a real hot day, they were tired, they were worn out, they turned my dresser upside without removing the drawers and all my jewelry went from one drawer to another and it was just a mess. They asked me in the middle of the move to go to this store and get some Gatorade; they asked me to leave all my stuff and go get them some stuff to drink. I didn't like their price, they could have done a better job.

It was fantastic. The guy was very professional, he worked very quickly, and he was on time. The carpets also dried quickly. He gave us good advice regarding the up keep for the carpet. I will be using their services in the future. I was really happy.
