He charged pick up and dellivery fee, which was common. When he returned the riding mower, it ran worse than it did before.
The cables and levers were hard to move. The lawn mower was cutting out. It was hard to push the feed cable. We replaced the spark plug again, which he had replaced with the wrong one.(cheaper version)
We called the next day to tell him it was not working correctly. The lady in the office said it would be another fee to come out. We said it wasn't working right. She said it was running when he left it, wasn't it? They had no interest in fixing what they had not
fixed correctly the first time. Also, the seat was not adjusted correctly - it was bent.
We would never use this company again because of the shoddy work and poor attitude.
We feel we were overcharged for the work performed.

I have a zero turn tractor that need just about everything done to her....new blades the oil and filter changed..the right arm was not working anymore where I could turn her easily....now she is working like a PRINCESS... I will use Mr.Jim and his crew from now on.....every fall I will take Myrtle in for her fall tune up ....to get ready for spring. The shop was so very clean....and Mr.Jim and his staff was so very friendly and Professional....the ladies will LOVE THE GIFT SHOP TOO....very nice with Made In Oklahoma Products...and other Goodies....LOVE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |SINCERELY: |EVA SAMPLE

He and his staff were very friendly, their shop was very clean and well organized, and they even have a small country store on one side that my wife shopped at while they fix the genset. Despite being without power, and having to clean up some debris, they helped make what could be a very bad experience, a very good one. We are actually running the house as I speak on the generator, and my wife and MIL are most appreciative that they were able to help so promptly. Will be taking all my small engine business there from now on.
