It's and older door that I though about replacing, but was happy to get it fixed instead.

He was very prompt, he took care of my garage door within hours of me contacting him. My wife was having surgery the next day!  Job well done and very nice.

He was very prompt, he took care of one garage doors within hours of me contacting him. He repaired on of them the very next day. He repaired the last one a few days later and even went back to check on one because the electric was off to see if the opener worked. Very good company, I have told several people about him already. I will be contacting him every time I need a garage door repaired or replaced.

They arrived with in hours of my phone call which is great since my car was stuck in the garage. They explained the problem and repaired it in about an hour. It was a reasonable price and we were good to go. I would definitely recommend them.

They came back at the scheduled time and installed a new and better garage door opener. They were professional and did a outstanding job with the new install. The work area was cleaned and within an hour they were gone.

I called him and left a detailed message, which included my name and telephone number, on his voice mail. I also indicated that I had gotten his name and number from Angie's List. I never heard from him. I had selected him for my garage door replacement due to his Angie's List ratings and since he is located in my town so I wanted to give a local businessman some business. His failure to even respond to my request for his services show a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. I do not recommend this business.

My garage door went wonky after manually opening it during a power failure. The balance was thrown off and I ended up cutting the cables (dangerous) to get the door shut so that I could leave the home secure. 'JIM'S GARAGE DOOR REPAIR' came the same day I called and spent around an hour getting things worked out. The door works great again.

Both times they responded quickly and got the job done. They cleaned up after themselves and were pretty nice guys. They were a little hard to get in contact with is really my only, minor complaint.
