The origins of the group go back to 1995, when the company still not established in inc. specializing in Subcontracts and execution of projects with major companies in the same industry is born. In 2007 arises Manufacturing company J & F Modifications Inc., family company, which originally was aimed at Project Development and Implementation of Public and Private Works Our staff has over 15 years experience in civil works with experience J & F Group Engineers are integrated to provide quality services and guarantee. Work fully complying with technical standards and requirements for quality and safety , but above all, ensure that we meet and exceed the full satisfaction of our customers.

Enter J & F modifications! Jesus, the owner, met with us and came up with a plan to complete the project (including a complete demolition of all prior work, as it was falling in on itself!). Jesus and his crew were on time, did what they said they would, communicated well with any complications or changes needed during the project, cleaned up after themselves and the work was/is exceptional quality.
They completed all frame-work, tiling, carpet installation, sheet-rocking (hanging, taping and texturing), insulating and installation of bathroom shower and fixtures and passed inspections.
The price he charged was very reasonable. We had at least 10 quotes of the project ranging from $15,000 to $160,000.
We continue to use him and his company for work!
