I PURCHASED A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY THAT WAS POORLY SUPPORTED BY THE BRAND NAME'S OWN WEB SITE. I CALLED ISIS TO ASK FOR HELP ON THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE RESELLERS AND DO NOT TYPICALLY OFFER THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THEY GAVE ME THE HELP I NEEDED WITHOUT COMPLAINT OR QUESTION. GOOD JOB AND THANK YOU!
