On September 11, 2012 the job was supposedly completed and contractor was paid in full. Shortly thereafter floor tiles started loosening. Contractor returned on five different occasions between September 14, 2012 through till April 17, 2013. On April 28, 2013 additional tiles loosened. Contractor has been unresponsive since that time. It is possible that the entire floor will have to be redone (by another contractor).

My phone called was quickly returned and I was able to get an estimate done in just a couple of cays. I expressed the need to be finished before my family's Memorial weekend cookout and he did a great job on keeping up with the estimated timeline that was given to me even though that meant working on a saturday to get it done! With my estimate I was given paint and tile swatches to help come up with a fantastic design. His crew was dressed appropriately and professional in manner, and were careful not to track debris into the rest of the house. Overall it was a good experience and I learned a few things along the way!
