He said he could do everything. I need my properties to be up to code in order to sell them. He charged me $3000. It was just a small duplex. All he had to do was put sheet rock in the ceiling and finish. He simply put cardboard up. He takes shortcuts. I had purchased nice paint and lined up to what room each color was to go in. I gave him the keys, and trusted that he would do the work correctly. He painted everything white and didn’t even use my paint. When I complained, he did not want to redo it. I found a spot on wall. When I attempted to wipe it off, the paint came off. I can't imagine what paint he used that would come off with a cold, wet cloth. They also got paint all over my woodwork. I also think that his guys made keys to the property. Each evening I would check to make sure the doors were locked. When I would return the next day, I would see things left or taken after I had checked. I was totally shocked that he could be that deceptive and dishonest.
