This company (Sheila Hoppis) has done more in two weeks than our last property manager did in 10 years. The company keeps us informed; is up front and honest; is truthful with all aspects of the house and tenants and is a lot of fun to communicate with. We just fired our old manager and went on Angie's List to find this company. What a life saver. Saved us an unscheduled trip to OK as we thought we would have to come search, schedule, supervise the up keep of a neglected house. Nothing but the highest praise and kudos to this firm. I have contracted with Hoppis Real Estate Services Inc as a property manager for my duplex in Oklahoma. The property management fee is the same as other property management firms in the area, but you get a lot more for your money! Web access to reports, better reports, direct deposit of rental income, just to name a few.
Hoppis aggressively markets vacancies for the going rate for the area (which translates to higher income if and when there is a turn over)
They are compassionate to the tenants, while at the same time keeping with the property owners interests.
I have been with Hoppis for 5 months, and saw an increase in revenue within the first month. The reports are accurate, detailed, and available on time.

Sheila has found renters for other properties we own. She finds good people and is honest. We have purchased many homes from her mother, Jane. Jane is a realtor at Hoppis real estate. Good folks to deal with.
