Property Management
They are average at best. The owner, John Terrell, seem competent, but the staff seems untrained. They are good at listing a property and they are good and filing eviction notices promptly. They are not good and keeping track of checks, paperwork or resolving any maintenance issues on their own.

I found them online just by browsing for property managers, and they seemed like a good company. But when it comes down to the nitty gritty, they don't always return phone calls, repair and maintenance takes weeks to get done, and when things need to be fixed, they overcharge you on labor. (It does not take more than a screwdriver and a ladder to do the majority of the things that would have cost me $100s)
