We were in a time crunch and Mike was willing to make time to do the home inspection for us within a day or so. He arrived on time, was very thorough and willing to explain the findings to us, in addition to the written report. Was also willing to answer any and all questions we had throughout the inspection. He was friendly and competent. The inspection didn't get finished due to issues with the house itself, so we discussed the issues he did find. He also gave several referrals for companies that could help with needed repairs, once the inspections were finished and the house purchased.

Home Inspection Specialists were incredible. Nothing like what we incurred with another home inspection company also represented on Angie's List. The inspection was very very thorough............HVAC inspectors, electrical inspectors plus Home Specialists inspectors...........not a surface was left uninspected. Our buyer definitely got her money's worth out of this inspection........I would not hesitate a second to use them again!
If you really want a thorough inspection and not just throw your money out the window, you should call Home Inspection Specialists for your next home inspection. I can guarantee you will not be sorry!

Clint was fantastic. Very thorough, professional and knowledgable. Your ordinary home inspection takes 1 - 2 hours, this was nearly 4 hours. I absolutely feel that I know all the issues concerning this new-to-me home and I would recommend Clint and HIS to everyone buying a new-to-you home!
