It was a good service.

They came in and did everything. The price was fair. The responsiveness was good. They were punctual. They had it on sale, an air conditioning and heater. I also needed a water heater. I just got the whole thing at the same time. They had a contractor, drew up the contractor. The guy said he'll come out here at this time. They were there and they started right way. They increased the size of the return ducts to help the flow. They did a major job and it only took them a couple of days.

I would use them again in the future if the price is right.

Home Depot are convenient and when I need something, they need it.

They knocked a condensation line loose and left it. They never completed the job. They charged for insulation of an area they never insulated. They created more damage then they fixed and refuse to pay for it. They are not forthcoming as to who the contractor is. They will not respond to bonding insurance info. I would not ever hire them again

I worked with 3 different employees in the plumbing department during my many trips to get parts for my plumbing repair. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was a strict Lowe's customer until the third time I got bad advice and ended up at HD. I was so impressed, I will use HD from now on. I have no idea how many $$ I saved by doing the job myself but the employees talked me through getting the exact parts I needed and how to do the job from start to finish. I will use them again and again.
