It was a good service.

They came in and did everything. The price was fair. The responsiveness was good. They were punctual. They had it on sale, an air conditioning and heater. I also needed a water heater. I just got the whole thing at the same time. They had a contractor, drew up the contractor. The guy said he'll come out here at this time. They were there and they started right way. They increased the size of the return ducts to help the flow. They did a major job and it only took them a couple of days.

I would use them again in the future if the price is right.

I thought the workers for Home Depot were helpful once I got a hold of them. I will use Home Depot again. I would recommend them.

The purchase from Home Depot was fine, the installation was not. They were rushed and sloppy. The carpeting was crooked where it met the tile, the metal trim was bent, and glue was on the carpet and a wall. They later made repairs, but I have no confidence in their work.

Home Depot could be better at making sooner appointments and getting back to customers in a timely manner. Based on their lack of responsiveness, I would not hire them again.
