He was great!

A few years ago, I had Holmes homes come out and repair a leak around a vent in my roof. They gave me a great price, we’re on time and very professional. Not only that, but they repaired other leaks in my roof that I had mentioned that was not part of our contract and they did this free of charge. In fact, I have found a number of other leaks on other parts of my roof, not related to the original repair and they have come out and climbed onto my steep roof to fix those problems again free of charge. I can’t sing enough praises for Holmes homes and would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely go with them if my roof needs to be replaced or repaired again.

Not enough good can be said about Luke and his crew. Theyâ re punctual and respectful. He helped guide me through the roofing process and answered all my questions and was never unavailable. Throughout the install he was onsite and helping clean up while also getting on the roof to inspect progress. His crew cleaned up before leaving the first day and made sure to gather any loose nails and debris so my family wouldnâ t step on anything. Iâ ve never felt more comfortable while dealing with someone. Itâ s a huge job, and expense and he is flawless. I canâ t imagine a better person to call and Iâ m extremely grateful I chose him. Throughout my claim process he was expertly thorough and helpful while guiding me.

A tree fell on my patio awning which was attached to my house— which ripped off the fascia, soffit and some shingles. Luke got in touch with me immediately and came out within days to repair the fascia and soffit and replace some shingles. He also disassembled the patio awning and hauled it off which was a big job in itself. Then he painted the back of my house when it was all over and done with, and now it’s like there was never even any damage at all. He is a real professional and does very thorough work at a very decent price. He also responds to any questions very quickly and is a real friendly guy. I would highly recommend Luke for your next home repair project!
