My inspection was not mandated by the lender or insurance companies I did this of my own accord...I suggest to everyone to do this, because he did find things (all degrees mild to severe) that need attention. John got the to site before I did and he came with chairs for us to sit in, which was very thoughtful (house was semi empty). I liked that if I found something he did not, he did not hesitate to put it in the report. If I had a question he tried his best to answer questions and he invited a security alarm person to inspect the pre-installed system that was a nice gesture. Over all it was good for my 1st time home buying experience.
