Called Harry's tv to see if they could fix or replace the built in Microwave oven...
Josh responded immediately ....had a service person come out and we determined that it would be best to replace the unit.
Within a week, we had a replacement....professional service, on time delivery...
Other companies that advertised microwave sales and service were not interested in providing any assistance.
Harry's TV gets an A+

When Harry's came to install the stove the counter top opening was too small. They left the install to our contractor after that. We then found out a burner would not work. Harry's would not come back and fix the stove, instead they turned it over to warranty which took about a week. When we were purchasing the appliances we discussed service thoroughly with the salesman and he told us then they probably wouldnt service our appliances but we shouldnt have trouble with them for years either. Just disappointed in a brand new purchase that didnt work right to start with and a appliance store that had no service after the sale at all.

Quite unexpectedly, our refrigerator quit. Totally. Deader than Marley's Ghost. We checked out four appliance stores before heading to Harry's, an independent, small place. Our space requirements are difficult when it comes to fitting in a large appliance. One of the stores tried to sell us up and was very pushy. They kept saying we shouldn't mind a refrigerator sticking out six inches into our already narrow work space. It turned out they carried no models to fit our space needs. One store didn't bother waiting on us at all when they heard our needs. The and quot;big boxand quot; stores had poor service and we had to do the work ourselves. In desperation, we turned to Harry's. What a gem! The sales person took our concerns into account and gave us the pro's and con's of the various, albeit limited, models that would fit our space but give us grocery room and not cost a fortune. Our sales person gave us details about which we didn't know to ask. He volunteered price breaks, although we noticed the prices for models that would not fit matched the prices of the other four stores we visited, none of which carried the models that would fit our space and needs. We had feared that an independent store would be pricier. Not true in the case of Harry's. Delivery of the loaner came right when the store said it would. So did delivery of our real refrigerator. The store was conscientious about notifiying us of arrival time so we could plan around it without wasting hours and hours of frustrating waiting. When the loaner was delivered, the delivery people took the extra time to measure our cooktop, which we had mentioned was on the wane. They also gave us great suggestions to save our oven, which has had problems from the day we bought it -- elsewhere. On the real delivery day, they took away the old refrigerator quickly and efficiently. No charge for a single service other than the cost of the refrigerator. Harry's will now be our first stop, not our fifth.If the store's service and attitude remain as they are currently, we will never be looking further than this First Choice.

They showed up when they said that they would and fixed it. It has not broken since then so I guess it is alright. It was not on the pressure in terms of whatever was expected and I cannot remember exactly. I guess I have to buy a new fridge. I was not there and my wife did not complain.

everything was fine until delivery and installation. Installer dropped wrench as he left and knocked hole in tile and covered it with his bag and/or foot as my wife did not see it. When I returned after installer had left I saw it immediately and wrote a letter to Harry. Never received apology or comment. will not do business with again.

Excellent service. I called at 9:00 am on Monday after coming home from a trip to find my ice cream melting! They were on the job by 3:00pm the same day. No muss, no fuss and kept the house clean while doing it.

There are a lot of retail choices out there today for appliances and electronics, but we continue to use Harry's TV, Video and Appliance for purchases and service. The reason? Harry. We have known the owner for many years and feel he is fair and honest.

Harry's is a good local company that you can always count on. The quality of the products is excellent as is the service. I wanted a garbage disposal but I did not want to pay the prices that some plumbers charge. I found what I needed at Harry's.
