They were prompt, but they wanted to install an input and output right beside each other. When questioned, they agreed that was a problem and corrected it - at no additional expense. Residential.

The repairman was delayed by another job, but they called to let me know.  The scheduler and the repairman were very polite and kind.  He found the issue quickly and fixed it.  He took the time to point out additional access to the furnace I should know in case of future repairs needs.  He checked over my AC while he was here and did some proactive maintenance to ensure my AC would be in good condition for the upcoming hot weather. 
Have used this company for years and have always had good experiences with them.

I received an inital bid from the company.  They ran into some unexpected problems and bad weather (lots of rain).  The job took longer than expected due to weather and an un-marked power line.  The company kept me well informed throughout the process.  Even though it took longer than expected, they never increased the price.  I feel confident the work was done honestly and correctly.  All the mess was cleaned and they property was returned to original condition.  They even power-washed my driveway.

It went fine. I've used them for 30 years and they are excellent. They are not the cheapest in town, but they are the best.

They do a good job.

Their man came as agreed, but that's where things went bad. He, evidently, was new and very, very slow. We have this done every year and usually they are in and out within 30-45 minutes. He was here about 4 or 5 hours and charged us $382.50 for hourly charges alone!!! This is not counting the materials which he said were $196.15. So for cleaning two units and adding freon and changing a "contactor" (which took about 5 minutes), we were charged $602.54 Outrageous! Usually we get this done for about $165. The next day I noticed that one of our a/c units was not cooling so I called back, and told them to send another person (not the one who was here the day before) to check it. They sent another guy who was very good and the contactor that the first guy put in had been put in wrong so he fixed it. Then Harrison/Orr had the nerve to send us another bill for the second call. I called the company and told them I was not paying the second bill because it was the fault of the first man who was here. In all fairness, had the second guy who was here come in the first place, I would have a completely different story. It was the repairman who made all the difference. However, I do think I should have been reimbursed. $602.54 is an outrageous amount to be charged for cleaning and adding freon. -- I still have the bill and have the names of the repairmen.

Harrison Orr repaired my AC, repaired my air ducts and installed a clothes dryer vent. The were very professional and very well equipped. It was a complicated job and they stuck with it until they were finished. They did great work but it was a little expensive. I'd use them again.

Harrison-Orr is very fast at getting to your home to fix what ever may be wrong. I have had them also do my heating and air replacement unit before. I have always been pleased with their work.
