Carpet Cleaning
I have used them for about 25 years. Their names are Harold and Steve Duty. They also do upholstery, rug and carpet cleaning. I was surprised the price was so high, but she has a big house and they were really good. They actually came back again a week later because she had made another spill.

They did a professional job and I was happy with the way the carpet was done. I do not know how to compare the price because I have not used other providers. I am planning to get it done again.

When I called to make an appointment I had to leave a message. That same night I got a call back. A few days later they came to my house to give me a price quote. I scheduled an appointment to which they showed up on time for. They were very professional, thorough, polite and my carpets look amazing!!! I have had my carpets cleaned by another company in the past and after two weeks some stains would reappear. It has been over a month since Duty Carpet Cleaning cleaned my carpets and absolutely no stains have reappeared. I will definitely use them again.

The owner did not call me the first time I called him. Then I tried twice and then he promised to call later which he did not. Then he called late at night to say that he cannot do the job, as he was overloaded. He was highly recommended so I called him but he was not accommodating. He could have been a little more courteous.
