dropped off the broken door to vendor on 9/26/15. Vendor advised the new door would be ready on the 16th. They said they were backed up due to large orders. I said that was ok. I called on October 19 to check the status of the door. Vendor apologized for the delay and said the door would be ready on the 22nd. On November 5th, I received a call from the vendor advising the door was ready for pick-up.
