I had a lot of different quotes from a lot of different companies and I don’t remember how much theirs was.  I thought that their prices were high and that they were trying to sell me something I did not need.  I thought it was like a hard pressure sales tactic.  They gave me a quote and I told them that I just wanted a quote and that I wasn’t making a decision today.  They told me that they would drop $300 off the price if I did it right now and I felt that it was real high pressure.  I just needed a condensing unit and they were trying to tell me that I should replace the furnace for additional money, but I did not think that was wanted.  I would not get a quote from them again and I had the work done by someone else.

They gave me there opinion that I already new on my own then took $59.00 from me!

I didn’t like the first system that they installed. I called them and they and they said that they would make me happy. They came and took out the old system and installed a new system of my choice for no additional cost. I was very happy with them.

I called Hardesty, got a call back from Maurice, whom I'd worked with on several other similar situations. Great dude. He told me to look at a couple of things, gave me a few tips on things to check, and told me to call him back, as he was finishing another job. Did so, said he'd be over in a few as our place was the way to his next destination, and within 10 minutes had the unit working again. I can't see enough about him, first of all, and his company. Will definitely continue to use him, first, and the company as long as he's there.

They were courteous and wore uniforms. They stand behind their warranty. We also have them do the service work which is 4 visits a year. They support their customers. They are not allowed to smoke or use bad language. They were so professional.
