I have been using HappyCleans to book my house cleanings for the last two years and I've always been very pleased! They are very responsive and I'm able to book a cleaning the day before without any issues. They always offer coupons through email so I love taking advantage of those as well.

The cleaner was very sweet and got started before I made it there which was great. The scheduler was amazing working and communicating through my hectic schedule. Out of the items on the list that she was able to finish, some were done well and others just so so. I only looked at what she had checked off as completed in that time frame. However during the first hour I was there working, she was talking on the phone often. Usually I don’t mind if it’s paid per job but this was hourly and every minute counts. I had to go get more materials at the store and after I came back I was surprised only a few things had been done during that couple of hours and some were just half way. Overall, the setting up, scheduling, communication, and punctuality was A+. The professionalism was more directed to the office but the clean service overall was okay. I would hire again and not pay hourly to ensure I could request certain items to be done better and not cost me more time/money.

Happy Cleans is the Best. My housecleaner, Bre is just wonderful. She and her crew always go the extra mile. I am disabled, and keeping my apartment properly clean is very difficult. They make my life much easier (and cleaner).

Our house cleaning went really well. I had a couple of specific/extra requests like cleaning old logs from the fireplace and a shelf where laundry detergent had spilled and it was no problem, which was a relief! She even offered to put sheets on our bed. I was not at home for the full cleaning. A company shirt might've lent some professionalism or ease of mind for someone who's never used a cleaning service, but the work was good. Would hire again.
