It was a very good experience. They did a great job. They guy that came out to do the job explained what he was doing. He identified the areas that I need to watch out for future problems. He did some additional work that he didn’t charge me for.

I called for service the day before and it was scheduled for the next day. I was called to let me know the repairman was on the way "Bob". He arrived and went to work, stopping only to give me choices of replacement parts. He had all parts on his truck and was finished very quickly. He was very knowledgeable at his job (had been doing it 30 years) and also was friendly. I am very please with the experience.
Update- 9/03/12 : I was looking over my reviews and saw this company which I have never used. (Hammond & Associates). This review belongs under Stan's Plumbing, they are the ones who did the work described in this review.

Jeff was prompt, polite, hard working and diligent. I would not hesitate to use him again when I need a handyman.
