I had a great experience with the Groutsmith! Angela was very pleasant and knowledgable in helping setup the in-home estimate and verifying the appointment date. Dillion was professional, and friendly both when came to give the estimate and also when he came back to do the work. The quality of the work is simply outstanding. My tile is 11 years old and has never looked better! I wish I had taken before and after pictures to post. I would highly recommend this company and would hire again.

One of the best experiences I've had with a service company. From initial contact to job completion, it was a pleasant experience. Angela was friendly and helpful coordinating the service times. Dillon made three separate visits to the home and was professional and courteous every time. When he came to give an initial estimate, he didn't try to pressure me into adding on extra service or work like some companies do. He simply pointed out the area that needed attention and left it up to me to decide if we wanted to include that in the service. After he told me the price to do it all, it was very reasonable. So we had all the work done that he suggested. He made a visit after that to remove the old caulk to allow the area to dry. He came back a week later to complete the job and it looks great.

Dillon kept us updated on his arrival time and was very professional. He did a great job on the work, which took about 3 and one-half hours. He was very neat and left behind no trash or mess. Our only issue was that the cost of $135 per hour seemed to be a bit high. We decided to use Groutsmith in spite of this due to other good reviews on Angie's List and were not disappointed. Overall we are very happy with the work!

The job went very well from the initial visit to obtain an estimate through final work. Every appointment was handled on time and in a professional manner. Dillon, Andrew, and Cole handled the work in a manner that demonstrated they have pride in their final product. The floor cleaning and grout seal gave the grout a uniform color throughout the house. The travertine had numerous small holes and a few larger ones due to 16 years of wear. The actual number of holes exceeded the contract amount, but they filled all of them with no extra charge. They filled each hole with care to match the grout & travertine color. The polishing step gave the travertine a fresh new luster.When the job was finished, all the floors looked terrific the same as when originally installed in this custom built house in 2001.

I called the Groutsmith and left a voicemail on the weekend. Angela called me back on Monday morning and set up a time for someone to come out, look at what I wanted done and give me an estimate. They showed up on time, provided an estimate to replace the cracked grout with caulk and clean/color seal the remaining grout and told me what to expect. Angela called me back within 24 hours to confirm the work to be done and set up an appointment. The employee (I forgot his name) was the same guy who did the estimate, showed up on time to do the work and was super friendly and told me everything he was going to do. He gave me updates during the work and cared about my opinion. The whole experience was great. They did a great job and the grout looks great! I would definitely use them again.

Excellent! Dillon and Cole came out to do the work. They did an excellent job as far as I can tell, and even patched a small hole in the floor that had been bugging me for years without even being asked to do so. They were right on time and very professional. GroutSmith had done work on my hall bathroom floor and tub/shower several years ago. I was very pleased with their work, but thought they were a little high, so got another quote to do the Master Bath. GroutSmith's price was actually a little lower, so I went with them again and am not sorry that I did. Their work has been consistently good.

They've done a fabulous job. My grout before looked horrible, I'm not sure it was sealed initially. The technician that did the work explained everything and made sure we were happy with the grout color. Now my flooring looks brand new! I would highly recommend them.

We found this company in the Angie's List monthly publication mailing. I had tried to clean the grout lines before but it did nothing. I gave up. I hired another company to clean the tile but that did nothing either. My husband called Groutsmith and talked to Angela. Angela promptly scheduled an appointment. She explained that their technician would give a demonstration and furnish us with an estimate. Dillon arrived on time and went over the process and also demonstrated on one of our tiles how it would look. He explained that the grout would be stained so that it would continue to look the same even after cleaning. We were able to pick the stain color out of many options. He answered all the questions we asked. He provided us with the companies information booklet. We scheduled an appointment to have the work done. He called to let us know he was running late with a client prior to our appointment and was on time for that rescheduled app't. It took about 2 hours to clean/stain the kitchen, utility, and 1/2 bath which is what he said it would. It looks great! Dillon is great and very personable. The price included an Angie List discount.

Dillon gave my 18 year old ceramic tile a facelift. My tile and grout look brand new. He did an amazing job and is a very nice man. His dedication and professionalism shows in his work. Angela helped schedule my estimate and service appointment. She was extremely nice and professional as well. She followed up to remind me of each appointment which was extremely helpful. If you need any grout services this is the company to call.
