I met with Greg to discuss my options for the replacement systems. I could have done the job with signicantly less expensive equipment, but decided to get the best. The new systems are 95% effeicent 20 seer units with HEPA filtering. It took about 10 days to complete the installation. They did a very professional job and everything works like it should. I would recommend them to anyone.

As always, everything went great. When I called about a non-functioning system, they said they'd work me in ASAP and were unable to give me a time. They arrived within a reasonable time, found the problem and said they would return with the necessary part-one that they did not have on the truck. Because they worked me in on a very busy Monday, they told me they would not be able to return until the next day. Returned the next morning, finished the job quickly, and covered the whole job-parts and labor-under warranty, even though by their own terms the warranty had expired almost nine months earlier.

They did a terrible job. I had to buy them tools to do their own project. They would not show up to do the job. They would leave to do other work and would not come back. the work that they did did not pass the plumbing inspection so I had to call another plumber to finish and complete the job.
