 + -1 moreMichael Summers the owner of Green Machine Buildings acted as a Project Manager on a project in El Segundo. My agreement with him was 14% over cost of the the construction. He took draws against his 14% to the tune of $12,000. His subs he hired were not licensed or bonded. Causing me to be out of pocket with money not getting returned. He also left before any of the work was completed therefor not earning his $12,000. He basically took a draw of 50% of the work he performed. I consider him to be a con-artist!
