Patience prevailed, and after an extended wait the product arrived, Josh was sent to install the glass. He was polite, respectful, efficient a master in his craft. Very pleased. Glad I waited.

They called in the morning. He thought it was going to cost around $500 for the whole job, which is about what I was expecting. He went right to work. He needed to get a thicker glass for the window and wanted to replace the glass in the storm windows at the shop. The guy did a very good job custom fitting the glass into shape. Perfect fit. I didn't realize the old one had a small gap and the noise from the street decreased when he was done. Great job. Best news was it was $150 cheaper than he quoted me.

These guys are great. I called and got an estimate, scheduled an appointment. They called me before the appointment but I had to be out, they came anyway and fixed the glass. Everything was well done, and left spotless. Excellent customer service all the way around.

I needed some glass replaced for one of my windows that had a BB gun hole in it. Dan at Great American Glass and Tinting was recommended to me from my realtor's office as they had used Dan's services 20-30 times already and were very happy with his work.
I called Dan on March 6, and he was out that afternoon to give me an estimate on the cost to replace the glass. The next day I had a big glass company come out to give me an estimate and Dan's estimate came up almost $70 less than the big company quoted me for the exact, same, LOW E glass replacement. I went with Dan, of course.
Dan called me this morning to let me know that the replacement was in wanted to set up a time this afternoon to come complete the job. Dan called me about 30 minutes before his associate Doug showed up to my house. Doug showed up and got straight to work. He was kind and cleaned up the window beautifully. He even made sure the locks on the window worked after the glass was replaced.
I try my best to stick with small businesses when I can, and I will definitely use them again if the need arises in the future.
