They almost never came when they said they would. I had to call back several times to remind them that they hadn't come out. Then I had to call back several times for excessive weeds that remained after the treatment. The previous few years they performed well but last year it was bad.

Grassroots does a great job for the money. I am very pleased with the way my lawn looks. I will continue to use them and would recommend them.

Grassroots does an excellent job. They always come out when I'm not home but they leave a note telling me what they did while they were there. My lawn looks so good my neighbors have hired them as well.

We have been using Grassroots for the past four years. We can rely on them to show up on time, and the service guys work hard and are gone before you know it. They keep the lawn looking healthy and green, and I fully intend to keep them around.

I have used Grassroots for the last two years and they treat us very well. They do anything around the yard that needs doing. They are reliable and professional. If there is any problems they will come out and fix what is wrong immediately.

I would not recommend Grassroots to anyone. He does a terrible job and I do not like the work he does. He did not do what he said he would do and he overcharges me for the work he did do. I would not hire him again.

Grassroots comes out when they say they are coming out. They call me ahead of time so I can put in the dog. They are a great company to work with.

I've been with Grassroots for three years and I've never had a problem. They do a good job and the lawn always looks good. Their prices are competitive and have stayed consistent over the years.

Grassroots gave us very good service. They got rid of the weeds whenever we called. I think another company is taking over their business and we're not planning on hiring the new company because we have heard bad things.
