They brought me into a private, secure office to handle my transaction. I was able to watch everything they did. They even have a xray machine that I could see the readings of percentages of gold, silver and platinum. They inspected my items that had diamonds and I was paid for those too. Their website was full of information and the gold calculator that posted pay out is what got me to this store. The honesty and friendliness, not to mention security, is what will make me come back and tell all my friends.
