Kitchen and Bath Remodeling
Mark Penton started work on my kitchen in mid September 2006. By December 8 he had completed resizing and staining the cabinets, drawers, and doors, replacing the bar, installing lights, and started replacing the window seat. Most of the jobs had to be redone at least once due to shoddy workmanship and some of them were started and never finished. I asked Mark to finish by December 14 or stop working so I could clean the kitchen in preparation for houseguests. He said he couldn't finish by Dec. 14 so he stopped working on my kitchen. Although he set Jan 16 as the date for returning, he has not done so. Because of this and the shoddy work done by GNM Woodworx, I am in the process of selecting another contractor to finish the remodel even though I have paid more than half of the original contract.
